I used to play football in a similar kit for the light blue and was a fav of mine, I like the idea of a bit of gold trim,
the home dark blue based on the old original I can't make up my mind, I bet seeing it on the pitch could sway it, do we know what colour shorts will be worn with both ?

Have to see it in the flesh, my last years shirt went in the charity bag at the end of the season... I still like the blue and red striped one from a couple of years back.. nice and warm.

I cant wear the material these shirts are made of, dont get me wrong nothing wrong with the quality theyre all much the same I dont like it.

would have been nice to see the full strip as in shirts ,shorts and socks on the front/back page of the express, good effort wakey.

Easier to buy a city shirt in those parts. Not a fan of light blue at least it's only on 1 shirt this year

Pale blue looks like Manchester City as already mentioned. Home one is a bit HKR but I think it will be a grower.

Good to see it actually says Wakefield Trinity on it and not just has the Wildcats badge.

Not that this is my normal way to spend a Friday night, but I have just spent the last ten minutes gazing at Kevin Penny, to see if the kit grows on me, and I have to say that it has. If you go to the club shop part of the website, you get a shot of it with a bit more of the shirt under the red hoop, which makes the logos less prominent. I reckon, yes, with white shorts, I'll end up liking it.

i agree with slugger, liked em both but prefered the away one at first but the home one is really growing on me now

I like that blue one thats quality the home one is ok just think the band takes up to much of the shirt, its nice in its own way though, well done wakey!

like the new shirt not sure of the away yet.as it is the final year at bv wouldnt it be nice for the club to do a run of retro shirts from the different eras of bv ie original 1800s shirt,billy stott shirt,60s shirt,toppo shirt,1992/93 yorkshire cup winning shirt and the promotion to super league shirt.by the way i am new to the forum.

Home shirt will hide the wider aspect of our supporters, away shirt will display it.

Honestly i love them both i like the away one because it reminds me of the spurs away shirt i loved and i like the home one because its an updated version of the one we saw, and even though some of the guys here said there not keen on it because of this reason i think the younger generation will like the home kit because of this reason.
