When im watching Wire i find myself gazing out the corners looking at the cars. Its a bad distraction its like watching the news and people are talking in the background you end up watching the people in the background.

Two large kops with great steep terracing facing each other filled with rival supporters! Box that in and you have dynamite. Basically Doncaster's stadium on a smaller scale with terracing behind both sticks. Sorry but I never use the bars or toilets at the ground.

You will at the new one; Franny Stephenson has a cunning plan to increase 'footfall' and 'dwell time'. Evidently, you'll never be more than 14 metres from a pint or a khasi - sorted!

I for one will be going the extra mile to support my club, by getting totally ar5eholed at all home games.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it detrimental to the pitch to have corners filled in. So many new stadiums seem to have an issue with this.
Personally, I prefer the filled in look.

A good club shop like the one at Headingley is where it's at. I have nothing to show for getting a skin full but a nice Trinity coat/jumper/t-shirt/cap etc I can show off on my travels!

i would concede a few spoil it for many but it can go for me.

To be honest I think it's only a problem with the height rather than the corners, the height of certain stands such as at newcastle, man utd etc causes a massive shaddow over the grass.
I don't think our stands are going to be that high so I don't think it will be a problem.

I'm not a fan of prohibition of any kind, so I don't agree that booze should be banned at SL grounds; I'll readily admit though that my argument in this case is weakened by the ineffectual stewarding of RL. If the stewards did their job properly in terms of dealing with lairy drunks, the consumption of alcohol would have no impact at all on those who choose not to imbibe.

So what's all this 'options' stuff?

Where did the pic go on the bottom of soneones posts? TRB was it? Looked an interesting design but now seems to have been removed.

The one issue with a few mad rushed for stadiums is that a lot of smart looking designs have been downgraded to basic. But when needs& money take over is clearly understandable.

There's a few images of what the stadium will look like on the SWAG website. They are the ones that were released when planning was submitted but I believe the overall design hasn't changed much, merely the internals of the main stand.
