after all the rumblings with tronc and southernwood this week i feared we might lose this one and get tonked by wigan sending us in to mid season slump. very glad i was proved wrong and the team spirit is alive and kicking. well done to jk and the players for getting it together 2nd half.

Totally agree - dull, dull, dull!!

We played some impressive rugby at the the start of the season. I know the team has changed(!!) but why have we reverted to one pass and a charge when we know that, if we move the ball around, we can score tries and force opponents errors. Play like that on Monday and we're doomed, doomed I tell ye!!

I saw 1 Catalans fan so for just under 6k on a bad night I was quite happy with that. TBH though I thought there was more there than 6k.

I am suprised you saw any on it

its beggers belief,
you a have decent stadium, dry seating, top notch food facilities and a team that is trouncing other teams what does your club have to do to bring the fans

we have dropped a level or two, seemed slow at times but can live with that result,

now comes the litmus test against wigan as you know

It seemed to be Kear's game plan due to the weather, if you read his comments after the match. Perhaps we could have won by more if we'd thrown the ball around more, or perhaps we would have knocked on as many times as Cas. We'll never know, but I'm happy to take the two points.

You're right though - we can't play like that on Monday!

It looked a bit too slippy to play expansive rugby to me.

I heard we put in stats wise our best completion rate of the season. Last night was a job well done and a further two points.

Roll on monday, I really think we will give them a game

A win is a win and i will take that every time.

We played rugby to suit the conditions and threw the ball around when we needed to and we were sensible towards the end.

All in all we did enough for the win and played the condidtions well.

I fancy us to p[lay well at wigan and hopfully we will just knick it as i feel it will be a very tight game.

Good to see Cooke becoming more involved. Things will take a while so it was helpful that we have had Salford and Cas (kept the score down against Wire) to get things sorted out.

i did not get back from London in time to make the game but was over the moon when i saw the result a win v Cas is a good win any day of the week for me and we are now 5 clear of Leeds
