Thanks for this. Just been down and got my tickets for the Gradin Sud at £15.
The Club have been sent 100 tickets for the Tribune Bonzoms (Covered Main Stand) at £22 and 100 tickets for the Gradin Sud (Temporary Stand) at £15. I think the stand at the back of the goal where we usually sit is closed as its having a roof put over it.
The Club has asked if there are any further tickets should they sell the 200 they have been sent but have not as yet received a reply. If you have booked flights and accommodation it may be wise to get to Belle Vue or phone the ticket office (01924-211611) and get a ticket now to avoid not being able to get in and see the game.

| Quote ="Sandal Cat"Tickets for the game can be obtained from Catalan Sports Tours (Foti - link on this site). I e-mailed David Foti and he told me that the tickets are with other away fans and are priced at 15 Euros (no cover) which I think is the end of the Tribune Guasch or 25 Euros in the coverd Tribune Bonzoms (Main Stand).
We usually sit at the back of the goal but as its planned to cover this end it may be closed for our game. I think I'll get my tickets from David Foti and sit in the main stand. I'm sure the club will get some tickets but with Foti I'm pretty sure your tickets will be guaranteed.
Decided to stay this time in Canet for a change. Anyone else staying or stayed there before? Any information on bars, taxi costs from Perignan would be appreciated.'"
Don't know your numbers, but there are 6 of us. Staying in Canet for the 3rd time. Bus to Perpignan was 1.10 euro last year. Then walk to the ground, (if you really like walking) or get another bus, also 1.10. I think, given the time of year, you can also get a bus back, not positive, but will find out from one of our contacts there. It was evening kick off last year, and September, but I think until mid-August, buses run quite late.
The bus from the airport last year would have meant a 2-3 hour wait. Taxi to/from airport was around 35-40 euro for a six seater, (Canet based taxi). Back from the match it was 45 euro, maybe because it was later.
We are staying at The Hotel Regina, again. Very helpful staff, yards from the beach.

Thanks for this Pilchard.
There are 3 of us and we are flying into Carcassonne and out of Perpignan. We will get the bus from the airport into Carcassonne then the train from Carcassonne to Perpignan then the bus from the Station into Canet Plage. A bit like "Trains, Planes & Automobiles" - hope we have more luck than Steve Martin & John Candy.
On match day we will get the bus into Perpignan then probably use Foti for the bus up to the Gilbert Brutus and back into Perpignan. We should only require 2 taxis, 1 on the Saturday from Perpignan to Canet if the last bus has gone and then 1 in Monday to Perpignan Airport so between the 3 of us should not be too expensive.
We are staying at the Mar-i-Cel which is right on the beach.
Once again thanks.

| Been today to get mine. Got it in the posh seats along the side, sat with the Frenchies. Just need to learn a few choice phrases in French before I go. The lady in the shop was saying that they have requested some concessionary seats but the difficulties are at the Catalan end, not Wakefield. There was someone else in the shop this morning buying a ticket for Catalan this morning too.
Although there was still a fistful left, I would still try and get them sooner rather than later.
(Also bought a shirt, and it is a shame that we have the best strip for ages but the worst quality shirt. An absolute rag with a collar that is built for a waistline, not a neck, and mine was in XL. I knew that when I bought it though, so not really complaining, as such).

So you've gone for the Tribune Bonzoms. We've gone for the cheap seats.
The tickets only arrived yesterday and at the moment we have only 200. Every year I have been there has been well over 200 Wakefield fans so book early to avoid disappointment.

| I fancied being sat amongst the Frenchies. If we sell our £22 seats, there will be a few Wakey fans under that roof, and combined with the passionate French, it should be a fun £80 minutes (as opposed to 80 mins on French scaffolding!).
What's French for gerremonside?

Going for the same seats --- so i should be able to identify you quite easily.
I will listen for the guy shouting "gerremonside" in French with a Yorkshire twang!!
