Maybe the odd pound of bulk is spoiling the fit of this fine garment but if it wasn't a wakey shirt I would have taken it back. Simple as that.

Thats ok for you, but in the red hot days of summer, and before we laugh, we had some scorchers last year you cant wear hoodies, or shirts under this shirt. The kids shirts they love to train in them too, its a real shame as I love this design more than any other Wakey shirt ever, so its a bitter blow.

I think it would be good for the club to put their slant on this problem.

this could be your problem you know, you all seem to think the new shirts are crap but have any of you complained to the club shop about it, it probbably wont do any good but if you dont tell them you might get the same crap for 2011 too.

this year up to now i have bought 5 for friends, with no complaints. can't find anything wrong with them. they have all been spot on.maybe its the shape of some peoples bodies that is the problem. lol or there again maybe its the serial moaners again.

wind it in old boy, my kids are normal shape, as not an ounce of fat, the necks are total crap, and that is not seriel moaning, as most on here agree, so maybe it is a fault with the shirt. I have spoken to every other person I know who have bought one, non which post on here, and all agree the necks are awful. I know one thing, for every serial moaner, there is always one who cant see any wrong in anything even if its stuffed up their noses

bloody hell the club is in bad nick if your having to buy shirts for some of your "friends"

Thankfully I'm blessed with 'athletic' children as well, for whom the necks are useless, as stated on page 1, so I too am a 'moaner' who will be contacting the club next week.

Unfortunately with the way this forum is going all you are doing is being lectured at by individuals who are incapable of following a thread and are totally intolerant of issues which don't impact on them personally.

Have to say my years at BV have concluded that matchday doesn't usually resemble auditions for the Chippendales, so maybe (unbeknown to us) these ill fitting necks have been a special design feature for some of our physiologically challenged fan base!

firstly and thankfully I have the physique of a demigod!!!!!!!!!
secondly on this forum you are always up against the "do not slag off the club" muppets!! Not necesaraly on this thread!!!!!!
And thirdly the club would be a whole lot better off if people did complain a bit, this situation is very easily reconsiled with a bit of dialogue between client and supplier!!!!
If my shirts are not right, tell me how -£100 quid benefits the club!!!

Without doubt and i for one will be doing so on the next visit to return 4 shirts, people will spout on here but it needs to be done IN THE SHOP.

extra small boys has 10cm plunge from collar to bottom of neck which takes it to sons chest which is why i referred to needing tits like jordan!

This is a real shame, best looking shirt in years has been totally spoilt by it fitting so badly.

I cannot believe it has been allowed to be manufactured like this, surely a prototype/sample must have been made - or no thought at all has gone into the kids sizes.

Yes the club got early proofs im sure and when they saw how massive the necks where they said great lets go! Maybe just maybe the club got proofs of the shirts that where of excellent quality and when the delivery finally turns up at the club that is when it would have been spotted, but due to the fact the shirts must be out when demanded by some of the loons that call themselves fans otherwise the club is in terminal decline and its all Ted/Di's/Richards fault (Delete as applicable or blame all 3).

My guess is by the time this would have been noticed the shirts would have been due out and the uproar it would have caused for them not being available for xmas would have been worse than a few skinny geeks moaning about wide necks.

You buy a shirt from town, you get it home and try it on there is a problem,
what do you do, do you:
1) Whinge and moan to anyone who will listen even though once you have finished bleating you still have same problem or
2) Take shirt back to said shop and ask for a replacement/refund.

Not rocket science people, gutted for you that they are not right i really am but fro gods sake take them back rather than moaning on here.

9 years in the forces listening to officers moan about lack of this, that and the other, yet as soon as anyone important would visit camp thousands would be spent on papering over the cracks to make the inspection go well. Had thos cracks not been papered over then things maybe would change for good rather than a week. Same can be said for this issue, if you are not happy feel free to moan but do it to the right people.
