This is all magic, keep it coming. Hate to be nostalgic but looking at things like this really brings home why we are all trying so hard to take us to a new home and to essentially keep this club alive. Seeing this just shows how wakefield trinity has meant so much to so many for so long. Long may it continue.

it come home that we haven't got an album with the club as such and Diane Maskill has given us permission to use what the club already have on their site and I intend to extend this with the help of old programs, I started to think that we wouldn't have any of the old girl Belle Vue when we move on and it dawned on me to get this moving now, we mustn't forget our history, while the mrs was in the club shop ordering my lads away shirt a lady phoned in about some old programs from the 40s

she didn't know what to do with them, I would of gladly put them to use on here

They'd fit in here and in my collection as well!



It makes me laugh when people try sell 80s programmes at a fiver a time on eBay when these are the things are rare!

Of all the tat I have (songsheets, paperhats with players heads on), I've never seen Royal Box/Dressing Room passes. Very nice!

And Snowie, I've not seen much 30s/40s stuff on there recently but it's worth a lot more than a Leeds/Wakey programme from 81!

There must be loads of this stuff around in peoples cupboards. I hope a museum to house these things can be plonked in the new stadium, even if we don't own it.

Round, Wilkinson, Fox, Turner and Poynton all signed I know one or two on here like saving memorabilia

today I have successfully won a book on ebay about Wakefield Trinity titled the "Dreadnoughts" going back to 1873 so should get some decent info there

Well done on that one, went above what I would have bidded at but I've never seen one in hardback before!
