It'll be very tough going for him, starting at a new club in a new country at this very sad time, but I think the other players will welcome his arrival as a positive distraction.

None of the back rowers deserve to be dropped IMO. I would expect him to have a couple of hit outs in the reserves, he won't have played in a while (I don't think?) and it'll get him used to playing Rugby over here. |
