great news so far... what is the process for announcement of the next stage..?

1) HA giving their support to Yorkcourt's changes and confirmation of the Traffic Plan.
2) the return of the documentation from central goverment, for the "tick & flick" into fully approved?

if there is a legal challenge (I realise this can only be about due process) is this considered and dismissed/ accepted within the 28 day period?

The 28 day period, did it start from 22nd Oct or will it start when the government office receives it...???

Great news on the stadium go ahead, i know its not all cut and dry but by the sounds of it its almost there.

This gave me a little chuckle, it's one of Leeds Councils points of concern 'It would also lead to inevitable pressure for similar development on the other sides of Junction 30 roundabout'.

It may lead to pressure for that but:-

8.13 It should be noted that Leeds City Council itself promoted significant employment
development around J30 M62 in early versions of the Leeds Unitary Development
Plan in 1992 and 1993. However, Leeds City Council ultimately accepted the UDP
Inspector’s recommendation that this was an inappropriate location for employment development.

Thats the base of their argument i think. If it wasnt ok for them why should it be ok for Wakefield ?
