don't think it could have been rejected as the administrator isn't appointed until tomorrow don't they look at the offers after they are appointed?????

From my all be it limited knowledge, offers are sent to the solicitors of the administrator and are looked at before the administrator has been officially appointed. This is why it is possible for a company to exit administration the day that an administrator is appointed.

So 'nailed-on' Parkin is now not nailed on in the same way the Newmarket would never get called in for a public inquiry.
