Ryan Bailey been down at the club in recent weeks, I am told.

As much as I despise him, he would do the job.

Can't say I like him either but he would be a cracking signing. Can play prop, second row and I think he also filled in at loose forward last season.

Be a good addition to the pack and I for one would be happy to see him in the red, white and blue.

Agreed..... Would be a great addition to our squad as a whole. Yeh not liked figure but was Cockayne etc... If he does his job then e'll be fine.

Like him or not the fact is Ryan Bailey had his best season in his career last season.

According to the article we are close to finalising the signing, the hold up being, fitting in his university studies with Wakefield training schedules.

I couldn't care less about his personality I hope we learned that lesson with Cockayne. As you say he's a very good player and his addition would give us a great F/R. Just can't see how we could afford him even if he wanted to join us.

Means nothing Brough played full game mid season against KR and most of us knew he wouldn't play again for us. He had a stinker that night if I remember correctly but we won still.

I really don't like Bailey, but I'd be happy if we signed him.
Saying that, I wouldn't break the bank for him. Would rather keep on track and have a good kid, or at least Kirke who would be a good addition without quite being a world beater

I'd sign Kirke over Bailey every time.

Kirk for me a quiet hard worker, but would not mind Bailey aswell at right price, I know I know I'm greedy...

I'd love them both in the squad but I just can't see there being anything in the Bailey thing. And I doubt we could afford him anyway.

Other way around for me, Bailey IMHO is far the better player. That said Kirke may be the better man for the job at our club i terms of fitting in so who knows.

I still can't see it being a Rhino's player - I don't think you guys need a big earner with the squad you've already got. You're not in trouble financially but it'd be foolish to unnecessarily splash out wouldn't it?

forget his personality im amazed how many posters on here rate bailey as a player .Hock like bailey his not liked by opposition supporters but what aplayer. dont point out to me he gets selected regulary by leeds, that amazes me also.
