Some of what he said in the article will be true but some of it is certainly bending the truth and he glosses over some key points.
He said he will give away his shares and then in not so many words says that he wants his directors loans back which is contradictory.
The covid loan came out of nowhere as he previously said that we didn't need and had not take one so yet again the fans have not been told the truth.
Claiming that we now have a £10 million pound asset is laughable, just because something costs circa £10 million to build does not mean it is worth that. An actual rugby stadium in itself is effectively worthless as it cannot be bought and sold like normal property such as Houses can so the main value is in the land itself and if people are claiming that to be worth £10 million then they are in cloud cuckoo land. Also if you were getting a £10 million pound asset for the cost of taken on about £4million in debt the business people would be queuing up to make a profit. I am sorry but the maths simply do not stack up.

I am well aware they are 2 different things but saying you are giving your shares away but still wanting directors loans back in effect means that he isn't giving the club away for nothing like he is making out because in order for him to give away his shares he wants his loans paying back.

He didn't say he was giving the club away for nothing.. You are putting words in his mouth.
For a start he doesn't whole own the club so he couldn't 'give it away even if he wanted to. He isn't even majority shareholder.

Correct he didn't but he said many a time he would sell for £1, now it seems that he wants his loans paid off aswell. I am well aware that technically paying off his loans isn't the same as buying the club but it is yet another example of him bending the truth.

Loans and shares are completely different and distinct things.

He'll sell his shares for £1, but of course wants his Director's Loans back. That's why they are called loans.

Only reason Michael Carter got involved in the first place was to keep his 'investment' from disappearing. It's no surprise he wants it back.

He may well waive it but I would want it back and I don't see why he wouldn't. If he bought 'some' shares then maybe but if he wants total control then he should take control of it all.

It’s very easy to tell people what they should do, what they think they have said and meant and how much loss they should make especially when it’s not your money or your business.

I think it's fair to discuss these things with the guy potentially buying and the lawyers before Gaz from Facebook.

This all started because someone put on Facebook that he was standing in the way of the deal because he wants £200k a year for the stadium rent.....which is clearly not true. Those people have then twisted every bit of info they can to make something of it......just for personal reasons.
You won't see them when details come out to contradict their claims. They just move on to the next one.
