The key with Moore will be his first full time SL off season this year. He can be ready to rock and roll by early next year. I would hope whoever comes in will say to him that if he knuckles down he can have 7 spot whilst bringing in a quality 6.

No disputing that but does JK seriously believe that Smith or Lee are a better alternative than Moore ?

He’s probably miffed with the lack of a contract offer from the club, not to mention the stick he’s getting from the supporters, so is just basically taking the proverbial now.

I would say that is the case, but suprised JE and AG are allowing him to get away with it.

The squad picked only reinforces the decision to not renew his contract was definitely the right one! He has continued to pick his favourites and not what is in the best interest of the club. He has wasted and neglected a top academy full of promising youngsters to the point where young talent us forced to leave.

Players such as Hickey, Tadulala and Tongia (not having a pop at these guys rather the silly contracts and short term signings) have played over young talent who come the end of the season should have been given a shot.

Young and British was our policy!!!! Well until John patted his mates on the back and gave them a job!

Well for many years I have picked my games to be at BV and was looking forward to going.Well I aint going to watch Smith and Lee at half backs no way.Another drubbing on the cards me thinks ok thats what I was expecting most games this year but come on those 2 running things.

We say this and I am inclined to agree with alot but when we are on terraces the players will get backed by us and cheered on at start.

It depends on the players to stick it to Cas as to whether we keep backing them 100% throughout. It's in their hands here.

A win here will mean so much to the fans,Cas are our enemy ( we wouldn't be without them though lol). Yes we give the players some grief and it is frustration on our part. Any player who puts 100% in will always get backed by us fans.

In some of the players shoes it's understandable that with a shortly unknown future they will be worrying an performance can reflect this. But if I were them I would be busting my balls on sky and last 2 games to show I am worthy of a SL contract and maybe show the new coach I can be good at what I do.

Unbelievable, assuming he is fit Moore HAS to play. Although he was finding his feet prior to injury, he is the most creative player, followed by Rinaldi.
Cant understand why he is left out. Its like a two finger gesture from JK to show who is picking the team.

OK beforewe dig into Kear lets just look at who else is to blame for this and is getting off very lightly. Glover and Elston are being totally spineless on this one. Why not just send Kear on gardening leave. Let Morrison or Dury run it what harm can it do. If this is an attempt to show Kear who's boss it's a spectacular mis judgement IMO.

Seems to me that all the hard work thats been put in is being eroded away and with the season ticket push about to start we needed a Coach and the signings from this week that never appeared to appear.

Its been hot around this club but its feeling a bit chilly at the wrong time.

Surely as Owner/General Manager of a business you need to take some rsponsibility for how it's staff perform.

Andrew is fairly new to Rugby League so I'm willing to give him a little bit of leeway but you can bet your bottom dollar that if the person he has left running West Yorkshire Windows for the last 6 months was making the same ridiculous decisions week in week out, they would be removed from post.

James is a Rugby League man and former player, he should be able to see that Kear has lost the players and that without some strong leadership and direction from the coaching staff these players are not going to achieve anything in the remaining games other than giving us our worst ever on field performance in SL in terms of spirit and commitment (which is the one thing we can feel we sould be getting as paying fans - I can handle defeats just not in the manner they are currently coming)

Just got the report back regarding our resreves and they have absolutely stuffed Cas. However the word from the terrace is that most of them are really miffed the way Kear is treating them and one or two are looking at other clubs for more opportunity.

Can understand them being miffed, but given he is on his way and the remit of the new coach is going to promote the youth, then surely they can wait and see who the new coach is and give it a chance under them.

Sorry Jack but I don't get this post. They know Kear is going so what's the issue it's not as if they will get a game at any other SL club this season. What I am amazed at is that they have let a lame duck coach stay. Even if Kears intentions were top notch he can no longer control the dressing room. Young players are easily distracted and quick to moan and this is just the excuse they needed.

If Kear does go to Cas will he still be your valentines?

And you thought I was creepy about labouring the point about Sir Grond.

So the players shouted to people in the terraces that they were hacked off, or their WAGs and mums and dads who there to watch put the word out?

Either way, it seems ridiculous to look for another club for more opportunity, when Mr Kear is off at the end of the season and a new coach is coming in with a remit to develop young players.

Sorry, I don't buy this one.
