The game v Cas at home was my worst ever experience. Utter plant life around us. Flares going off, beer flying around, menacing behaviour, abuse, obscenities etc, etc. Mind numbing
Imagine these two together.

I think the Fev fans can take it a down a few levels. I work with a couple of Cas fans who refuse to attend Cas Fev games due to the bother & are horrified at the thought of Fev getting promoted.

I think both Castleford and ourselves have a self interest on the subject of Featherstone. If they do what is required to gain promotion then they deserve their chance and whoever they replace knew what the outcome would be this season. I am sure we can all agree that during our time in SL we have had many off field problems and some supporters behaving badly.
I ask if the roles were reversed would you be on here saying we don’t deserve our chance in SL.

Nobody’s said they don’t deserve a chance of SL, could be a tricky time for them to come up with IMG going live the following season.

Featherstones chairman stated they have the best stadium in the area which is a four sided ground and not just one stand. Clearly having a dig at us and says once the floodlights have been upgraded he is confident they will be the favourites among the 3 clubs in the Wakefield District. Don't know how they stand regarding the other criteria that IMG have set out but this certainly puts pressure on Castleford who's ground issues continue to stall. Although not sure if Featherstones chairman will be around to see it through.

Featherstone have very quickly passed Leigh IMO for the worst club in RL.

Such an arrogant and deluded fanbase, hope they get stung in the playoff system and have another year in the Championship.

What is your gripe with Leigh Timmy?

I got a gripe with Leigh started when we had players like K Slater playing was in a supporters bus the Ossett ,Horbury ,one we won, on just set of home,building brick, came through window just missing my girl friend now wife, .When you used to go to Leigh ,the low life of the Leigh fans would wait till the match started and move behind the Wakefield fans to start trouble Got no time for them now some of there player on the park are a disgrace and to finish it of they have got that so called coach who is the main reason we are championship bound Am I right in thinking the council built the ground .As that to the list

Well, I won't get into a slanging match but, Why is Adrian Lam the main reason you're championship bound?

Similar to my issue with Fev at the moment. Very arrogant and deluded fan base, ran a very very grubby side for a number of years and just generally dis likeable.

I can’t tie you in the same brush, always been level headed on here so I’ll caveat that it isn’t the entirety of Fev or Leigh, just seems to be a fair number.

I've always found the Leigh lot pretty decent, always had a good craic at Hilton Park back in the day.

There's good and bad everywhere I guess.

I remember going to Leigh on the supporters bus a few years back when the driver got lost.
We picked up a Leigh fan who was walking to the ground, who kindly helped the driver find his way.

Mind you, the were conditions attached, the lad asked to be dropped a his local club for a pre match pint or two.!

Not quite sure what Lam has done to us either, apart from coach a team that beat us.....but that's hardly a unique situation.
