I post now and again, but like I said the other week i'm always at work these days. Leave house at 5am and get home around 8pm. So not much time, but stilll make it to the games of course!

I was right in the middle of things at the end when a drink was thrown in the face of a Wakefield fan.

I pointed out the Hull fans to the steward and he threw the Wakefield fan out!!! Wakey fan complained and the steward said "Well you shouldn't have pulled your trousers down."

As much as Child deserves a good clout,this could cost the club,maybe points or a fine for not controlling the crowd,whether it was an old biddy or not.

Unfortunately it wasn't Childs she was going for but she did give one of the assistant refs two or 3 good pushes before security intervened. I know it could be serious for the club but it [uwas[/u funny - she was only about 4 ft 6 and the assistant kept trying to get away from her but she kept at him. To be fair to the security (do we really need a load of guys who look like they've escaped from 1930's Germany??) they didn't slam her to the ground and carry her out they just "ushered" her fairly gently off the pitch ('though I don't know what they did to her afterwards!!!).
Perhaps we could make this a plus point for our bid - passionate fans!

Surely that would be double standards though. If Ganson can have a go at an OAP, surely an OAP can have a go at a linesman? Mind you it is the RFL so anythings possible.
