Peter was brought in as Director of Rugby - and he put money IN! 
He wanted Peter Roe as his man, as he saw him in his own style - thus setting the agenda. His manner with the players was 'treat 'em mean, keep 'em keen' but between his hey-day's of the 80's and 90's and coming to Trin, the game moved on and the players were setting their own agenda's and becoming 'stars' to some degree.
Nothing against Peter at all and total respect for his contribution to the game, but he was the wrong man at the wrong time for us. |

to be fair id settle for a huge pack with a decent half back and fast backs. you wont win a game if your pack dont go forward, you wont create many tries without a decent half back and if your backs are too slow then any break made wont get finished off.... this is basic rugby. i think we should have reverted to this mid year |

Cooki looking to go to France apparently no not for an holiday, let them put up with him to be fair to cooki he rubbed people up the wrong way at KR caused arguments apparently so Morgs got rid, you don't get rid of a quality no 6 for nothing not when you had just robbed your neighbours to get him (FC). Cooki i think is still a good player just not good enuf for Super League anymore...........
