Reinvested is reinvested, I’m not party to the exact whereabouts, but if it was used to pay off existing debt, maintenance of the ground, the play squad or tax bills (etc etc) then it's been reinvested into to the club. Of course to see it that way requires one to be without an agenda, especially one so transparent.

Fact is Trinity are not a rich club and live hand to mouth. They don't have a rich benefactor who can settle large bills with their signature.

If the money was used to keep the club going until they move out of a stadium they no longer require then it will have been a wise decision.

For those questioning what's happened with the money from the ground sale, the initial funds were used to pay off the bank with the rest that's been received to date helping fund some of the general club overheads. There's still more to come, but I believe that most of this will be used as the club's contribution to the community trust for the new stadium.

The issue of the club calling an AGM does concern me a little. I bought shares in the issue at the beginning of last year but haven't seen any accounts or been invited to an AGM. I believe that the last meeting of shareholders was the EGM that approved the issue of new shares.

The things that are the biggest joke with the ground NGB4C don't particularly involve money to rectify.
