The develop at BV will take 2 to 3 years minimum. But first question is who owns BV? How much will the development cost? Who is paying for this, AG??

No trying to have a go or anything but I think AG has just announced the stadium option but in the SL application that's all. If you get a licence then this develop could happen as I don't think NM will come off. But if you don't get a licence then a scaled down version may happen.
