I wasn't a big fan of Molloy due to the fact that we had him and he wasn't getting pick, so why have him?
But the games he has played at the back end of the season, he's not done anything wrong and could be a really good squad player.
Trout on the other hand is one of those players that is stuck between, 'prop or 2nd row?' dilemma, in a similar way to Keinhorst's 'centre or 2nd row?'.
Maybe this is why he is going to Fev, to give him a specific role over an extended amount of games.
Also, it's not just about getting shut of people to get Tim if that's the case, the lump sum to pay in a transfer is a lot harder to do than the monthly wages of a contract.
Tim obviously knows what he wants but the Dr. and his agent are the ones holding the aces.

Think we'll need Jon Molloy as utility forward cover as he's big and strong enough to cover front row aswell as back row if we get injuries as we only have 5 props in the squad. When he played he was impressive he just didn't play many games again for whatever reason.

Agree about Trout off the wage bill though would prefer the money spent on a back.

The bottom line is that we will struggle with the current squad. I believe we are suppose to be going with a smaller but a more experienced one, I don't see it. We are going with a smaller squad but a less experienced one.
No team will survive with a first team squad of only 25 including 4 from the academy. The academy players are too young to survive a full season in the first team, they will be ok for the odd run of two/ three games but no more.
We are suppose to have the squad completed for the start of training to avoid the problems we faced this season. I currently find the silence deafening, if we have signed more players announce them because until you do don't blame the Wakefield supporters for their lack of enthusiasm.

Rumours have also suggested that Richie Owens signed a few weeks ago but no announcement so can't be right can it?

This is the sort of post that does my head in.
We are not even past Grand Final date and people are panicking about the thinness of the squad.
One thing is for sure, we won't be in the same position of problems that happened at the start of this season.
Would you rather the club just go out and sign anyone who becomes available, or bide their time and pick up the 2 or 3 players that could make a difference to the squad a little bit later?

I am not the one who is saying that we are going with a small squad and that the team is almost complete needing just another half back. This was Kath H so I suggest you may want to ask her and remember the longer we go the smaller the number of players in the pool unless we have another Bradford next season.

Well I have just looked through the league express and despite my best efforts could not find any news about us.

No news is good news , or is it. The club should find ways of presenting its self in the news. Not easy when your not involved in the play offs, but other clubs seem to manage it. Could be they are waiting for the play offs to end before releasing any news .

The 2015 season hasn't finished yet, let's get this season out of the way before panicking 'eh?
