A match sounds like a good idea.
I never quite understood why during JD's testimonial there was not a testimonial match. It is often a great fundraiser for the recipient.

It is the QLD Cup, which is the second tier of the NRL in QLD. Feeder club to the Cowboys.

Cheers for the info Con.
I guess you'll be glad to have him home.
He will leave this country with the full respect and support of the majority of Wakefield fans. Wish him my best on his new role, I'm sure if he puts as much into it as he did his playing career then he will become very successful - hopefully one day we can get him back here as our coach.
He is right up there near the very top of my list of all time favourites to wear the Trinity shirt. |
