It was good to see a class player at Wakefield.

It does say he leaves with immediate effect but is named in the squad for Sunday.

Nope and I'm hearing alot of rumours (I know they were going around last year) Aiton to Leeds.

It's alright cancelling your season tickets but by doing that you won't have a club to support, so maybe we need to stop been so blinkered and think about having a club to support, because I support Wakefield & not ing cas or leeds!

I think we will struggle to beat Cas anyway at the moment even if he was playing.

It's going to be a long winter,if we can't pay our way when we have had gate receipts and the match day ancillary sales to play with, then how are the club going to make it through the next 6 months, with none of these and disaffected supporters not renewing ST.

I would not blame any player for looking to get out and while loyalty is a great word paying the mortgage is far more important.

Firstly, this hasn't been announced officially - the Daily Star has got loads of stories wrong recently so I would hold fire a bit until the truth comes out or simply doesn't materialise.

Secondly, if the news of TS to Salford is true and like some posters have said it could be the start of the fire-sale. Aiton to Rhino's, Kirmond to Salford and Amor to Hull could be next. If this happens and WTW fans simply walk away from the club you will be playing straight into the hands of the RFL who are looking at the possibility of a 12 team SL in 2014 (not 2015). If you can make it to the start of the 2013 season (like London are trying to do) you have a fighting chance. You need to stick with your club.

There is no question of walking away for me. I'll be surprised if Smith leaving causes that.
If the rest go it would make people unhappy but I'd hope Smith going means we don't have to.

I said it at franchise time and nothing's changed for me. I would look forward to trips to Batley, Sheffield etc

Going to Newmarket while playing in the championship would be a disaster so hope we have got something good up our sleeve. Think there needs to be a statement at least today. If the press have printed a none story they need to rubbish it but if true a few explanations are needed.

As long as we have a long term vision and plan for our club I will be happy and I know this includes Newmarket which will make Wakefield Trinity RLFC easier to run as a business. If this happens we will be a strong club rather than plodding on with no plan at all just hoping we stay in top division

Next season could well be our last in superleague, get a season ticket and support the club, we aren't glory supporters, yes we are all angry how we get shafted time and time again, but its not like we haven't been through this before.

Playing championship RL at Belle Vue would be a disaster, if we were playing at Newmarket we wouldn't be playing in the championship for long with the new format we'd be back up
