Bradford seem to making a bit of a push with the signings they've made this week. Gledhill fancies their chances of getting into SL. Guess their board feel the same way.

They’ve added some serious size to their pack for sure. That said I’m confident our forward pack won’t lose to anyone this season (injury permitting).

Pele will be hard to handle in the championship so despite his shortcomings with discipline is a great signing for them.

Bradford in 3 weeks is going to be a very hard game there pack will be a match for ours no doubt about that hopefully rodwell and cozza are back by then

I’m sure Powell won’t have them go in undercooked. These players seem like they’re capable of reacting by rolling the sleeves up and getting on top. I have every confidence in our team this season in our defence especially. But Bulls have signed a few so I’m sure we’ll prepare for that.

The individual games aren't really the issue.
It's when teams get short term 'stars' in for the play offs and catch us out.

The only thing that will catch us out are injuries. Our pack has plenty of depth to cope. However just two halves and Gale fragile to say the least. Then only max at FB . I realise we have a few other possibilities, but they are far from ideal. I would not like to go into a play off game without anyone of those three

They got 12.03 points, where are they going to make the rest up? We got 12.52, then we got another point when the stand opened up that wasn't counted and we've just won the 1895 cup for a few extra decimal points, plus other things we won't know about such as finances, that will no doubt look good come the time.

Even if they won the playoffs somehow, how do they reckon they're gonna overtake the other teams, like Cas , Leigh and even Toulouse who have a points start on them? Seems wishful thinking to me.

Exactly why I’m not worried about Bulls as rivals for the SL place. They likely wont come close in score.

Their ground/facilities and utilisation scores are too far behind, they "hired" a temporary screen thinking that would score them points, but the criteria states it needs to be a permanent fixture, they are unlikely to improve on the social media interactions and can't improve on the catchment, there maybe a slight improvement in their finances (0.25pts) and if they win grand final they could improve on there on field performance score, but they would still be scoring less than Wakey/Toulouse/Castleford and Leigh based on the 3 year average. Gledhill is a deluded, clueless buffoon, but always remember "even a broken clock is right twice a day"

Bit harsh on Gledhill, he may be a clueless deluded buffoon but at the end of the day he's a Bulls fan masquerading as a journalist...you can't expect impartiality from him anymore than you could from any other fan.

And there lies the issue with him, he can only be one of them at a time, not both, he cannot report as a journalist with that much bias, he has to be impartial and stick to "known facts" not make things up to suit the fans agenda. no problem him reporting "speculative" information, but he needs to make that clear and not imply them as facts

Any odd job Bob can be a ‘journalist’ these days with a keyboard and too much time on their hands.

Social media is rife with pages of related content which is just copy and pasting a paragraph and filling it out with loads of pointless text.

My opinion is that social media should completely ban any form of freelance journalism except by officially recognised organisations or the clubs themselves.

Social media should just be what it was intended for to chat, meet and talk to friends and other people. Instead it’s become a playground for fake pages, people, profiles and media along with advertising to phish for data on personal users. It’s disgracefully unregulated and volatile.

Gledhill isn't a journalist, never has been. He volunteers for a radio station, which he's actually pretty decent at considering he's an amateur. Everything else he just makes up.

I don't disagree with what you say, however Mr Gledhill is under the illusion (or delusion) that he is a journalist and his social media bio backs that up as it says this in his profiles.

jebus, have a word with yourselves, Gledhill has the right to an opinion and also the right to publish it wherever he likes, nobody has to read it.
The idea that nobody can voice an opinion unless they are recognised by "official" organisations is ridiculous.
Half of official organisations are a bunch of headline chasing tosspots anyway, and the other half have an agenda to push.

Pick your trusted sources, do your research and make your own mind up, worry less about sources you don't control and certainly don't seek to shut them down because that **** goes both ways.
