What exactly does that mean TRB, anything we can do?

Effectively giving people from both sides the chance the have a say on the new comments each have raised, which had to be done due to the change in planning policy. As it was a public inquiry its standard procedure, the public and the interested parties have a right of reply. Depending on the amount of comments raised then I wouldn't be shocked to see it delayed for another week or two whilst they are gone though. Everything needs to be seen to have been considered in the finest detail to avoid any comeback later.

The Inspector gave us the chance to make comments in relation to the new guidelines - WMDC and Yorkcourt did - as did the Methley Residents and 'Wakefield Residents'. Now those involved in the PI are allowed to comment on those comments (which I think we now will) before the 17th May, with the final decision date re-confirmed as 'on or before the 19th June'.

Nothing to get excited by, just another small step along the way!
