I understand your eye rolling Vasty but he is right.
Cas play to that side. Any decent winger would have scored a lot of tries this season. Solomona is clearly better than most so scored a few more but many were created for him rather than being an individual star.
We should aim to have the same process for TJ. He needs to have every opportunity he can.

Yup correct PT, in the games that Solomona missed Jy Hiscock scored 5 tries in 2 games while deputising on the left. Paddy Flynn scored a hat trick while deputising. Whether things will be as good now that Luke Dorn has gone I don't know but Hardaker isn't a bad replacement and Shenny is back on that side.

I suppose its a bit more complicated than that now. Last season we had Roberts injured all season so everything went left but we've got Roberts back for the first time on Sunday to give us options on the right. Also Rangi back to his best and we can go either way as long as the rest of the team know.
Solomona isn't doing our claim any harm by continuing his prolific scoring at Sale and Steve Diamond is a gift to our legal team with his conflicting comments. |
