Well I have just bought for three on one ticket.

You cannot control it if your letting anyone buy on line. I bought my tickets this morning and just print the bar code off so im guessing so will a lot of bulls fans!!

I will be very suprised if Bulls fans don't outnumber Wakey fans tbh. Yesterday was the final straw for a quite a few.

This situation has all the hallmarks to turn into another example of pee poor organisation by the club. We cant control the number of tickets bulls fans buy due to the online option so there should be no chance of segregation being applied because the western terrace is not big enough and trying to force Bulls fans to go on that terrace is likely to cause potential flare ups if its already packed and could be a H&S issue as well.

However, this is Wakefield we are talking about so I fully expect the above to happen and wouldn't be surprised if we sold more tickets than we have room for with someone forgetting to take the online sales into account.

Also as a final insult to some of the long suffering Wakey ST holders there is also the possibility that they may not get a ticket because the club are not ensuring ST holders get first dibs.

Have the club thought this one through.

There were some hassles in the game between the 2 clubs only a few weeks ago and now, in what is a far more important game, it will be difficult, if not impossible to have segregation, which caused 2 major problems.

1 - Crowd safety

The last game was tense, pre kick off and this didn't escalate, primarily because the game was so one sided.
IF Saturday is a closer game and most expect that it will be, there is a major risk of crowd problems.
As we saw a few years ago, it doesn't take too many idiots within a large crowd to cause a problem.

2 - Home advantage

As the home team, we should be looking to take any advantage that we can and if this means the Bulls having the Western Terrace and maybe a corner in the Northstand, then this is what the club should be doing, no ifs, no buts.

I have serious concerns that this just hasn't been thought out and it's important that the club act as early as possible to organise the stewarding properly..

Apparently the Bulls have sold 2000 tickets so far and Wakefield around 1000, don't know how the on line thing works or, where the numbers are counted. so it's sure going to be interesting.

dont know if carter or anyone from the club come on here anymore but the question i have for them if they are, why are the bulls fans aloud to buy tickets stright from our shop, surely they must have been given a certain number.

if someone turns up with the money we cant ask who they support or where they are from and as we are only about 20 mile apart they will take the option to travel and buy
i agree it isnt what we want but as others have said how do we control it

There will be enough tickets this so called ticket frenzy has prompted a few of the lads to get their tickets tomorrow instead of later in the week though

They are freely available online too. We are going to be well outnumbered.

Its pretty easy to solve the problem. Bradford will sell about 3000 tickets we may sell 1500 plus Benidorm Flats. Segregation is essential so put all Bradford fans in the Northstand , we can go on the Western Terrace.

Problem solved.

This is already the best bit of marketing that the club have done all season. There will be nowhere near a full house.

There's plenty of room down that western terrace plus a bit of wrap round onto the open end of the north end for the Bullmania hourds.

I haven't got confirmation direct from the RFL but the Bulls admin team say they've been informed that the RFL are treating this as a Challenge cup tie in respect of gate receipts. So equal shares after overheads are taken off and the RFL have their cut....

The more Bulls fans (or Wakey for that matter) turn up the better. If Wakefield get on a roll the minority fans will make all the noise. If Bulls get on a roll they can have the ground to themselves from about 50 minutes onwards

We've got the highest overheads in the league, there will be nowt left for you lot

It's the only game in October for us so we'll have to include the whole month's rent in the expenses to be included.

When buying a ticket at the ground this morning I heard a "suit" tell the girl in the office that he was taking "Some more across to Bradford".
I presume he meant tickets.
Also noticed that our travelling friends were still encamped in the Superbowl carpark.

Yeah we got another 700 adult tickets just after lunch.

Ordered mine over the phone from wakey... Asked for seating in the bradford section and they said "not a problem"

Why would a club want to control who can buy their tickets??
