you all have a choice to either stay away , or follow the club. Get a season ticket or pay on the gate. I will be waiting for the club to issue a statement before I make up my mind. I agree that to let Tim go will probably result in a slump in ticket sales , however if he was going anyway 2 games doesn't make any change to the season end. What it does do however is to let the rest of RL know we are indeed in the brown stuff again.

Maybe this is Michael Carters first big decision and a tough one at that. But could Trin have carried on with all the flannel again, only to sell more players. The situation would have just got worse, i am hoping that Michael has stopped the rot, instead of sticking his head in the sand like JE, Michael has made an unpopular decision but one that may lead to the club being run within it's means. We still have a great pack that won't get bullied and hopefully this will give our rookie halves the platform to develop.

The incompetence is indefensible, players on massive lengthy contracts before we even have a coach. Then appointing a useless coach who doesnt want said players on massive contracts, so signs his own players on massive contracts so we get rid of the original players while no doubt footing some of the bill. No wonder we are skint



Also if we're crippled financially why have we signed Tuson and Tautai who wont be cheap, given Kirmond a new improved contract looking at keeping the aging Lauitiiti when we have back rows coming out of our ears. Surely we could move one or two of these rather than sell our most creative player to one of the clubs we'll be amongst.

No other club goes from the frying pan to the fire like Wakefield. Oh well theres always the Batley and Fev derbies to look forward to.

Got to agree, players could be offloaded for a fraction of the value like last time.

Feasible and something I considered at the time.
That to my mind would have been an indication of sensible governance, making any loss worth it's maximum financial benefit to the club.
