| cas panthers u11s hosted shaw cross with the panthers running out 28-16 winners,only 11 a side due to shaw cross struggling for a team which makes it very hard when you have 18 players to get a game but full credit must go to the side for keeping their shape despite all the changes. 
big test next week with a trip to crigglestone hopefully we will be able to get 2 training sessions in has we havent been able to train all week because of the bad weather. |

Yes - finally, in what seems like decades ( but of course they're only 10/11 year olds !) , Crigg beat Stanley this morning at u11's level .
Thought we played the better rugby throughout tbh , made a couple of changes at half back etc . this week and all the lads played like they'd been doing it for ages .
Enjoyed the atmosphere this morning - for such a so called heated derby , enjoyed chatting to the Stanley parents before , during & after the match .... most unlike the other derby v Eastmoor ( brrrghhhhhhh !!)
Cas Panthers next week - another hard game - take my hat off to these lads every week nowadays , its a tough game every week - I'll pm brayton for arrangements (+gossip ) tomorrow . |

best team won on day mate with out a doubt, need to play as unit and listen to coach to much daddy/mummy coaching going on imho . the boys need to get used to the fact that we theres a stoppage you dong go for a quick swill of lemonade of mumisewumise . As im sure crigg will know  (remember that good looking one jack) coaches come n go you just got to listen to the new guy. all the ernie . see you after crimbo if we still in top flight  |

| spoke to mick n wendy about their young un , can not believe that east moor have taken it that far seems that wendys misdemeanor last year as rolled on . i find it disgusting that he could be dealt with so harshley and i spoke to him after the game .just the other week our ste did the same and went unpunished much to my annoyance as i wanted the ref to bollock him . however he got it at halftime from the coaching team and then on the way home . he did pull his leg back in and made no contact but my lad needs to learn its not acceptable and its been in his game for years since the 8s .
got to say today at a match in 9s i saw a play stick a leg out whist stood up to trip up a player , the ref stops the game went to the coach and asked him to talk to the player the coach thanked the ref and took the player to the side line for a telling off from the other coach . that referee was my son doing his first ever match  well done .
its getting more n more stranger coming up painy now for matches its like all the animosity as drifted into thin air probably time is a great healer . still its great seeing the likes of your lad and some of the others especially like mick n wendy's (not gonna name) but we all know how good he is and to think you know i coached that lad from 6 7 n taught him that tackle technique perhaps that's why he and how ste just love one another so much 
little yoaine who many would be surprised to hear just how young he is .
just a few months to go and they are gonna be playing in the same team which will be very strange indeed seeing them run out together but that's high school for you |

I've mixed feelings about the ban - for a first offence 6 matches is a bit steep to say the least (4 of those suspended) & nothing seemed to be going to happen until they watched it back on dvd and saw who it was !
Having said that , i was bang in line and saw him do it and it wasn't good and needs punishing .He also did a similar thing 2 weeks later at Cas so needs to learn that it's not acceptable .'"
