Wilkes has been playing terrible this season, that is why he has been dropped. Annakin would be better on the bench as he has been playing well. So id swap those two around in my opinion.

I have a feeling RA will pick Fox, mainly not to crush his confidence, hope I'm wrong.

Really don't wanna bag fox because minus his shocking high ball catching he is a great player, in my opinion. Was he that bad under the ball when he was with us first time around because honestly cannot remember.

If Fox plays and deals with a deluge of bombs they he can stay on. If he doesn't then he can be phased out.
Smith can play wing
Mellars could at a push go into the 2nd row and if Foxy's having another, Mellars can fall into the backs.
And as others have mentioned I wouldn't expect too much of Mellars first game out.

He's been hit and miss in the past but i can live with challenging for the ball and cocking up, standing and watching it is a no no.

After his nightmare last week it would not surprise me if foxy gets dropped,

but if he does, whoever comes in in his place will have to get through a hell of a lot of work to cover him.

Fox should start, but if he has another defensive mare then switch Smith onto the wing to catch the high balls and let foxy do what he does at DH?

Mathers looks good under the high ball and hasn't drop one this season (One did bounce of his chest mind & gathered by Poore)
Is the 2nd best metre maker in Wakefield team after cockayne and 2nd best assists, plus he's pretty high up on the line breaks in comparison to all other wakey players, however I will concede he is pretty week 1 on 1 but so far this season his performance has not cost us a game.

Don't think for one minute that Richard Agar won't have had brutal, harsh and direct words with Peter Fox this week, he's not backwards at coming forwards when it comes to assessing players.

I would'nt be suprised to see Fox on the wing tomorrow and I wouldn't put it past Peter Fox to catch everything that Salford send his way and return it with interest.

I have a feeling if agar is true to form he will drop foxy. Would be suprised if Lynn is fully fit, so I think Mellars may start on the wing. The cynical side of me also thinks that this could be done to put him in the shop window for salford to see.

Thought he was okay. Although I'm frustrated at how he doesn't seem to be able to resist "getting involved" during play the balls, and as such I think he gives away too many nothing penalties.
