This is true but by all accounts the Huddersfield offer was still more than what we offerd him and also it was a longer contract meaning that he has more long term security.

Guess what I'm one of those fans what watch cricket, but I combine it with watching Wakey as well. Oh and I have now got my season ticket for Wakey as well, thats despite having the nerve to have an opinion on the shabby treatment the club has served up in their refusal to communicate with the fans with player recruitment. I completely agree but apart from the odd game which you can excuse any player an off day, Brough turned up and played well for us.

I thought Brough always had 2 poor games (passes into crowd/kicks straight into touch etc etc) then 1 truly great game which is a better ratio than most at trin.

I disagree, he definatly had far more good games than bad games for us, off the top of my head i can only remember 5 or 6 games when he was poor.

I watch cricket as well not quite sure what your point is. I also have complaints about the club and the way it is run what I don't do is come on here and run players down, call them bottleless ect. Which is what some do and it was to those I was making the point. As for ivory towers and snide remarks if I disagree with people's opinons I will say so and respond how I see fit. I don't have a problem with people having an opinion that differs to mine but you seem to have a problem with what I have put so who exactly has the right to an opinion and who doesn't?

The remarks from your previous post imo suggested that it was personally aimed at me and fwiw I still do, tbh I have been critical of a couple of decisions made by the club of late, but unlike you I do not have complaints about how the club is run, I am quite happy to let them get on with it as I could do no better, and neither do I run players down so you do not have a monopoly there either. as for your spelling and grammar please dont confuse me with somebody what gives a fig what was said was in the context of your post nothing more.

That is what I could not understand, as a rule I do not comment on the club and never slate the players even after some I am glad to see the back of this season have gone. It looks like I have put two and two together and come up with five and for that I apologise for my little outburst
