I believe that we should give Mr Kear a chance to show what he can do now the pressure is of.Who of you lot would not have been looking at every chance to secure your job for the future under the circumstances Mr Kear has been working under over the last few months.The players he has signed recently are the only ones who would come to Belle Vue with all the uncertianty about, but now with Stability let us at least give the man a chance.
A lot of you on here seem to have very short Memory's

In our recent hours of darkness Kear has shown an interest in other jobs, made some dodgy signings and supervised passionless rugby. I have always considered him a decent bloke and think he does a great job on Sky but I think it's time to move on. If he does then I wish him well.
I see this new franchise as a new dawn, lets forget the past and work on a great future under AG, I think it's the perfect chance for a new coaching team and that's where I would start.

Yep it's been two days since you came out of the woodwork and that is definitely two days to long.

I think we need a complete new 1st grade back room staff in place and I would make it part of the contract with JK that these changes are made.

Why do you assume everyone sees it how you see it or worse you assume you're right?

Personally I think JK's time is done but I wouldn't bet on it. In which case I will reserve my opinion because I don't want to start the season having dismissed the man I may be hoping will lead my team to glory. All this Kear out stuff is very counterproductive - what you going to do if he does stay, refuse to support him - boo him?

Don't end up in the Mopsey camp, it's a lonely place.

Why don't people get off Kears back and support him! He has not had the best of teams to work with, no one was wanting him out when we made the play-offs, and now we are going through the hard times on the pitch people are on his back again! Support the man, he is coaching our club!

Where everyone is better than the Coach, knows all the players and their dads, has a coaching degree, and know exactly what is going on behind the scenes - or more likely just need someone or something to moan about.

I support the club but I aint supporting a coach who is stifling our young players prospects, has his side play the most boring RL imaginable and has a chequered record with his signings and team selections.

Each to their own.

I won't support him anymore if he continues to ignore the youth at the club. its that simple for me.

Hopefully not for much longer.

Sorry but that fact that Kear is deserate to signed long since past his best centre who has a dodgy knee is proof enough that he is no longer the man for us. Time for a change.

Exactly. I accept we need to sign players with experience, but they don't have to be ones in the last stages of their career.

There will be plenty of players aged 28 with enough experience.

Its the sign of a very limited coach these days. Old school with very little ability to learn and adapt to the new tactics.

Congrats to Rocky by the way on his deal. Cracking lad, hope he gets all he deserves out of the game.

Have read bits and pieces about his progression over there, and playing for the England youth set up recently. Has bulked up since the last time I saw him. Pity his dad wouldnt let him sign for Wakey for a Cadburys Caramel, a quarter of midget gems, and a free West Yorkshire bus pass. I understand Wakey thought that was a good offer.

Any rumors of how the "talks" went?
