The build up was starting from a very low base so our massive improvement may only equate to average in another team but unfortunately the outcome was the same.

Our view doesn't change the outcome but I hope to see more improvement.

The way this season is going just facing the correct way could be considered an improvement. I look forward to the game when our coach thinks we don’t need to work on our kick offs anymore.

The club has just announced there will be someone performing before the game on Sunday. First comment on Facebook is complaining they should be spending the money on players, not singers. It's becoming more obvious every day why MC wants out. Don't really blame him.

These people would want whoever was in out. Some people just revel in being negative.

Good move for the club. It may be minor but it does improve the experience for sure. It will have a bigger impact having these acts on performing in front of the new east stand packed out.

We don’t need headline celebs but local/regional groups would be perfect.

When you use the poverty defence for everything it is not surprising this is the response. I guess supporters are currently more interested in the players on the field rather than the group.
It is at least an attempt at doing something to increase the attendance but what is our current capacity.

It's about creating an event, something which clearly IMG have tasked the clubs with.

You know I honestly didn’t rate Kendall as an official years ago but having seen him recently and him been around a good few years I actually think he’s improved a lot.

He’s a good referee imo. Tbh I do think as the years experience roll by that referees definitely reach higher standards.

I think I’m past looking who’s ref before games. The turnaround has to start from the club and players. Hopefully this week.

Someone on the Leigh forum has commented that two of those officials are from Wakefield. Perhaps they like local bands and agitated to be involved. Maybe the band idea isn't such a waste of money?

If anyone had any sense then the first few home games would have been "events" to try and create some atmopshere and some momentum. But then again it doesn't seem there is any forward thinking, just reactionary thinking.

I am with the board 100% on the match day entertainment agenda. They are really forward thinking in this respect. I have been told they are already looking for an extremely fat female vocalist to sing on our final home against HKR.
