I thought drinking on a bus was banned anyway, either way like you say its the right decision and its only a hour ish.

Strange law this one, it is illegal to drink on a public coach/bus (fare paying passengers) but not one that is private hire, however and operator is allowed to prohibit consumption on its vehicles if it chooses to

i think everyone should keep their fingers crossed that this friday is nothing like last friday. a colleague of mine who works in ossett, but lives in ashton left at 4.30pm, went over the M62 (as snake pass was closed for snow, and woodhead pass closed for an accident). there were 2 accidents and he got home at 10.45pm!!!

Thats maybe a touch unfair jinjer, half the people on the bus are kids, just older kids thats all.

So how many are you expecting to bring? I saw somebodys post the other day said they had number 564 ticket or something for the coach? If that is true, add another couple hundred in cars maybe will it be close to 1,000?

Bought my tickets on Sunday afternoon and they were ticket numbers in the 100s so I dont know in what order they have been sold in

I think all 8 coaches are now full.

If you haven't got a ticket yet and can get into the shop in the Ridings then buy them before you go. They are £20 whereas its £22 at the Stadium on Friday and more importantly the Club gets 10% (£2) on every ticket they sell.

This applies to all tickets for away games so if you can buy them from the Club then please do so and earn the Club the 10%.

don't worry i finish at 10am on a Friday which leaves a couple of hours spare before the journey across to have a 'couple'



just hope we get over there in time to grab a pint with a few of their fans i know before the game, this am doubting.

dont forget to have a pee before you get on the bus then, as they do not use buses with toilets on them.

Clubs busses have loo's.

Was anything said last night why the deal was stopping at 8 buses?

Despite the great price. To take 8 full coaches (plus 1 from the original supporters club) is a fantastic effort and has probably exceeded expectations.
Even Hull KR with their 3 milion travelling supporters dont bring 9 coaches to Belle Vue. Its a top effort all round

i would think the sponsor (coach company) didn't want to get stung anymore for a non-profit/costly trip.
