Totally agree with the comment regarding the counter on the website keeping people up to date with current sales. Also can anyone confirm last seasons sales figures on season tickets?

Agreed - a big counter on the website banner would be good.

I'd also consider asking all sponsors and associates to put flyers in with their next wageslips/staff newsletters etc to promote the offer to their employees, and try to get some cheerleaders into Trinity Walk and other public spaces handing out flyers.

Lots of plates to spin I know, but if we can hit the 2,500 target and secure the £100 price tag, that will be a great platform to sell more as the new season approaches.

I went into the shop yesterday to confirm, she confirmed a ticket b4 sept 30th was £100, and if 2500 sign up you pay £100, if less than 2500 sign up the club will contact you and ask you for another 75 quid or offer you a refund of your £100, I think a lot of people will hold on to there money until near end sept to save going through the hassle of refunds KR coughing up another 75 quid, Wakey should have a counter on their website to encourage people to sign up... I hope we can get 2500 loyal fans..

A counter would be a good idea, also I would hope we would break 3000 Mark by end sept. Just getting the word out.

Most of them do . But there are tyre/exhaust fitting type places that do MOT testing and quickfit parts , but don't do servicing and other repairs . There is also at least one place that ONLY does MOT testing , and no repairs whatsoever .

Calling in for a few hundred flyers tomorrow - my company is holding a 'fun day' on Monday, so I'll make sure that everyone through the doors gets a flyer about the membership scheme. Martin stumped up a couple of family tickets to the Bulls game as raffle prizes, so it's the least I can do.

If the target doesn't reach 2500 I think that the club should still honour the £100 season ticket for those that have applied, it will reward people who really want a season ticket and if the club can afford to sell over 2500 at £100 then I am sure they can take the hit on less than 2500. Also someone mentioned having a counter for the number applied for, is this going to happen?, because I thought it was a very good idea.

Because it's about having X amount of money in the coffers by the end of September. If you don't put a minimum number on it then you will most likely end up with just the people who would have paid £175 for their ticket anyway saving £75 and the club losing out. The idea is to give a bonus to those who buy them anyway and to encourage those who don't normally buy a season ticket to get one.

But as was posted somewhere earlier our adult season tickets stood us at around 600, so 2500 is a huge.
Me and my mates haven't had a S/T for a few years so I will be encouraging them to buy one.
Having the spare cash before the end of September could be a problem for people though.
Perhaps putting them up by £25 per month until the £175 figure was reached may encourage a few more too.

Yes your right but that 6 or 700 was at a time when there was no confidence in the team to perform or the club to survive! plus season tickets were priced at £175 upwards, this hopefully should attract everybody to put the money where there mouths are and show some confidence in the new regime. AG is putting in the £500,000 to upgrade the stadium the least the fans can do is pay £100 for a season ticket, now! We must have 3,500 adults who go to every home game and 1,000 who only go to certain games , anybody can see £100 is 5 pay on the gate games and you get the rest thrown in for free, so to speak!
