Although, I do think there should be some media stuff put online. at least some pictures and a little snippet of an interview wouldn't go a miss, but then again we have a limited media 'department'

We have a friendly a week on Sunday as part of Reece's testimonial I expect they will have some media build up an expect Proctor will be part of that. He arrived in the middle of the Christmas break so I would assume he was getting settled into the house.

Imo Proctor could be a massive signing for us. I’m looking forward to seeing him play and tbh I’m expecting big things too.

To say Leeds Signed Tetavano who has been no where near the calibre of Proctor and will be earning a hell of a lot more too, if he plays to anywhere near how he did in the NRL he will be a very good signing for us. It’ll be his experience and leadership amongst the young playing group too which will be invaluable. Looking forward to seeing him out on the field.

It worries me when people get too excited over a signing as it soon turns.
It will take him time to get used to us, and especially the conditions.

But, the thing we have needed desperately since probably JD is true iron willed leadership. And I think he might just bring that. I think others will improve while he's here.
It would be great to see him running tries in but he has an all round good quality game rather than a Fifita type tackle Buster.

Tbf the weather has been very kind to our Southern Hemisphere friends in SL this year, it’s like 10 degrees at min. I remember attending a pre season friendly at Fev and my joints felt like they had seized up!

Taufua will likely get a run out against Fax I would think. I expect to see him on the left wing with Langi or Hall his centre.

Not sure on that one, I'm amazed how un-excited fans/media seem to be about any of our signings. Proctor in particular is a big name player, sure he's at the end of his career and has had a few issues (quite minor imho) but as a player his record is top notch, he's an elite player.

So in truth if we only get a half decent version of the lad, most fans will think he's a superstar.

Not sure he's a leader in the JD mould, more like Fifita, he will do the odd thing that will inspire at crucial points in the game, or that's my hope.

Langi who has been a top 4 consistent Centre and one of the best in the comp for 5 years signs for us and all of a sudden he will be a ‘solid’ or useful signing. The media sure knows how to follow the script.

Don't mind it to be honest - Taking their eye off us and hopefully can give teams a bit of a shock.

Maybe. I guess we'll see. But he captained an NRL side. That puts him above any other player we've had in the modern era for credentials, apart from Wally Lewis and Ray Price as a leader.
Obviously there have been other great leaders like JDwho didn't do it in NRL but it puts him up there.

Makes the 12 month deal seem all the more frustrating.

Indeed, he’s been instantly downgrade. Tho to be fair mostly by some of our own so called fans. We’ve possibly brought potentially the best overseas player into SL and totally under the radar it would appear.

Langi is not just good but hugely versatile and Atoni looks a handful.

Media, don’t make me laugh. That parroting idiot Calumn Walker fro LE is the worst. It’s like a never ending game of top trumps but with only a few teams that ever win. He’s dreadful as is that whole publication imho.
