That's why young lads need to play this season it's a learning curve I don't think he saw the tackler.

Thought Westerman was showing something but came off at 20. Just don't think he's back to game fitness yet.

It’s been a decent effort so far. Just thought we lost a bit of shape when Westerman and Arona went off...two experienced senior figures. Our last tackle options could have been a little better but we can’t afford a spine of Ratchford, Widdop, Austin and Clarke and that’s the ultimate difference.

Tough for Jack Croft...looks to be struggling position wise...I like him though for the future...just not as a right winger!

Cheap 6 again led to Warrington's 3rd try I see ours came on the first tackle! Rub of the green just gone against us a couple of times on attack cannot fault the effort just cut out the usual mistakes completion rate 60% that must improve against teams like this

Yeah those set restarts can be a killer! They get a harsh one on our line on 4th/5th tackle which leads to a try...we get ours on first tackle in our own twenty!

Prepared to be shot down, but I thought it was a good performance from 99% of the team, of course there were errors and the usual strange calls. What does need improvement is our last play options wether it’s running it or kicking because our kicking game today was poor which must be annoying for the team when you’ve worked hard to get up field. You cannot hand the ball over cheaply to a side like Warrington.

Fully agree we held the ball better but our poor kicking game invariably had us starting defence too far up field Wire pinned us well in our own half.

Come on good performance we lost 36 nil.

Okay then a gritty performance, but definitely an improvement , always the optimist.
