Fair enough Jimmy there's no doubt you have tried hard in this process. I also like the last paragraph at least it looks you may consider a fight. I think the first question to be asked should be ,why did the RFL 'advise' us not to go to Barnsley ?

If we had been there already we would have scored more franchise points and no one can dispute that. If we do get the chop then it looks like this was nothing more than a cynical con trick by the RFL to make life easier for themselves.

This is one I can't get my head aroung either. The only reason for us not to put Oakwell in our application would be if the RFL said you're in if you stay at Belle Vue.
If we had put Oakwell in we fullfil all Stadium requirement standards. It would have been impossible for the RFL to justifyably kick us out. I'm not saying they wouldn't have but it would have been an obvious stitch up.

There is one other reason, I suppose. Andrew Glover is a Cas fan working under cover.

It is rather confusing. It seems the contents of the application remains unknown to most, more likely all, on here, but every so often we see snippets of info regarding it.

Some suggest the application includes Oakwell with a five year tenancy agreement as the third option with respect to facilities, with the upgrade of BV being the second. If the upgrade is unacceptable to the RFL then Oakwell comes into play.

How true this is I don't know. Guess we'll find out soon enough.
