this is correct BUT the trustees of 1873 are, yes you guessed it jm and mc. This apparently was done to stop anyone doing what manny did to the club, however when and if the new owner buys the club as trustees they can charge a rent for which they are asking 200 grand a year to use the stand, add to that 200 grand a year repayment to the council, the directors loans which they are realy in no position to take and I'm also led to believe we took a massive covid loan which mc said we didn't. If the new owner pulls this deal then jm and mc are left to pay the bills and as I look at the current situation we're skint.

There are 4 trustees.
And they do not personally receive money if they charge the club rent.
There have been other trustees who resigned when they gave up their shares in WT.

I have no idea of the details, but it still sounds like someone causing mischief by twisting some pretty standard facts.

Being a trustee is not the same as being a director, "Spirit of 1873" is the company that holds all the assets listed (and liabilities) at WF1 5EY,
You're making up a scenario for an agenda that doesn't exist, the only way that a separate company could demand what you're suggesting, is that if that company held the asset of the stand, which it doesn't. Trust me I'm no MC lover and he's probably the main reason I no longer attend games, sponsor players, purchase season tickets, contribute to commit 6 and play for the PDRL team or have anything to do with the club & community trust as a whole.
But there is some mischief going on here, there's a clear light at the end of the tunnel and some are wanting to throw boulders in the way.

Having made that announcements surly the best thing to do now would be to give an update..
