Macron is very poor quality the design of the home shirt is near but could be a lot better the collar sucks the away shirt is lousy.

I wish the club would get some real cotton retro shirts in with the long sleeves what I would call real rugby shirts with equal bands all the way round the shirt and the sleeves now thats a classic Trinity shirt and I would pay the price for quality.

The Macron shirt is priced high at £45 for the low quality

popped in for a quick look with my £5 off voucher and still got my voucher, dissapointed with the shirt, the collar is horrible, the hoops should go all the way round and the wildcats badge is small and printed on ,I'll be sticking with my Kooga Adam Watene one again by the looks of it, my personal opinion,,, and i hope the shirt sales go well !!

The design is how many, many people wanted it.
White shirt with red and blue band accross the middle is similar to the classic "Toppo" shirt of old.
I agree about the fabric, but at least they dont take a week to dry out

The sad thing is, the difference between our fans and other clubs fans, is if they dislike a club shirt they still buy it, to show loyalty to their clubs, putting money in to the clubs coffers, Wigan,Hull,Hull kr, Leeds, Warrinton even Cas you will see masses of their fans in the clubs new tops, they look at the bigger picture, even though they dont like the collar, colour,design, what ever our fans want to moan about, they buy it, this is the best bit BECAUSE they know the money will be spent on a bigger better squad next season no brainer.

For those who thought I was anti Glover perhaps you get my point now. I'm not anti Glover at all I just know what Trinity fans are like and the honeymoon period is well and truly over. The same people who cheered him in not more that a year ago are now bagging his regime for giving them the exact shirt they asked for.

It's relatively minor for now but it's the thin end of the wedge. Three or four losses/poor performances and if god forbid NM stumbles at the start of the season and they will be all over his back like a rash.

I think the shirt design is fab..i think its the shirt manufacturers that personally are the let down on the quality. The Kooga one a couple of years ago was better quality better material embroided badges etc....but if we are tied into a contract with Macron there is not a lot the club can do.

People will vote for the shirt with their wallet if they like it they will buy it. Its a no for me due to the quality ie the lasered badges etc...the design is fab.

That was the point, you go off at other people bringing his name up to do with the how the club was run but you mention him a fair bit yourself but I do agree with your point we shouldn't ignore the lessons.

No I have a go at folk making stuff up to suit there argument, there is a massive difference. You can have a pop all day long at the old regimes shortcomings, there were enough of those without the ludicrous exagerations that appear on here.

Love it or hate the kit at least its our traditional colours red white and blue these are our colours 100%. I think its a damm fine effort.

The three times I've been near the shop they seem top be selling plenty of them and I reckon they'll get rid of a fair few for Christmas. Just because a few on here don't particularly like them or won't buy them won't stop hundreds of others who don't come on this forum doing so.

You're right the design and colours are perfect. Its just a shame the quality is so poor, but then it seems the standard of most sports kits these days aside from the specially produced cotton versions ISC make.

I reckon he's ok with the fact that some people will always moan about something - it's the way of the world. I wasn't over-keen on last years, but I still bought two, as I suspect most people on here will do - so long as the money goes in the till, I don't suppose he'll be too fussed.

As for the styling - I agree they're not especially flattering if you're not rugby player shaped, and the fabric makes you sweat like a fat bird in a nightclub, but what can you do?

I wish they'd produce a cotton replica for fans, but I expect the reality of production costs vs likely demand mean it's not viable.
