Kear has done well making us competitive against leeds, although we should have won.

I can't fault the effort but we are our own worst enemies with stupid penalties!

we offered Leeds a way back in the first half with back to back errors and we didn't have the composure to kill the game in the last 5 minutes even when we had Leeds on their own line.

As said before our right sided defence is schoolboy level and has cost us four tries today.

I feel sick,how many times do Leeds score and their last pass is forward at least 3 of their tries were forward.
Proud of the lads but the panic that happens when we get attacked down the Gleeson and Blanch side is alarming.
One thing I noticed when one of the big teams have a few players out it's mentioned through out the game but Trinity have players missing not even a mention.

Oh well, if we'd have played like that over the last four games we'd have 4 more points and we'd still be in the cup.

The kicking on the last was shocking especially that last 10 minutes when we just needed to play for field position.

After that last minute defeat at belle vue last season kear seems to have singled leeds out for special treatment this season.

I judge the players and John kear and they were more 'up' for this game than anyother. seeing shots of kear throughout the game he had the demenour of someone in a cup final and the commentary team frequently referred to the fact wakey were treating it as a cup game.
