i think our severe drop in form this season is quite closely correlated with Glenn's injury situation. If he's fit I would definitely have him in the squad for next year

I dont buy that. I think the franchise looming has been more of a catalyst for our drop in form, not an injury to one player.

Not sure about this one it really depends on how much he's asking for or the club are prepared to pay him. He's 35 and has missed a good few games recently. Given that next years squad already has more experience than this years do we really need an 'experienced leader'? I know he's been a cracking player for us but mybe the money could be better spent elsewhere. I mean lets face it a 35 year old Aussie hardly backs the young British policy. I would also question his discipline at times so I guess for me it would be a no but thanks for the effort Glen.

A lot of the players have had a dip in form in the 2nd half of the season,they give all they got on Sunday but looked very tired.I agree that Glen will be a good signing for another year,as regards Hendo,he would be the first name on the 17 list every game.

I think he is a great embassador for the club and a good bloke for young ones to look upto, i'd hope we would keep him in some capacity at the club in the future, hopefully with a good off season he can come out and have some very strong performances next year though can't see him making every appearance with the amount of tackling he puts in

Time for him to move on IMHO. Great player and good captain but all said and done he is 35 and australian. I think we need to rebuild with a new captain. He is just keeping out fresh blood.

I'm undecided on keeping him or not and thankfully such decisions are taken by someone else. The fact is hopefully he will be (if signed) playing in a different type of team, he wouldn't have to do the amount of tackling etc and be the talisman as such, as there will be others shouldering the responsibility around him - which in essence would be of benefit to both Glenn and the team.

In my opinion we need him as a captain, I cant remember the last time he came onto the pitch and didnt give it his all. I could name nearly a full squad that does this week in week out, people like Glen should be praised for there eforts, it must be quite easy for a local lad to get up for playing for your local team, but how many Australian players do you think give 100% ????

Its a No for me as good as hes been and gives 100 percent the club need players that can play more than half a season of games.The club need to bring the youngsters on too giving them game time now if the new coach wanted him to stay on and take more of a back seat role and help coaching the young forwards at the right money playing the odd game if someone is injured that would be ok.

To be honest for morrissons wage we could bring in both someone like Pitts and howarth with money to spare.

I'm sure options are being explored as we speak.
