st chunter..martin maybe at the end of his career but atkins hasn't even started 1 with us over the last 2 years. to me he is the 1 player who has quality above a lot of others but is not for us..maybe in a team of superstarts he will shine but when push comes to shove and you need to knuckle down he doesn't want to know. lets take the money and spend it on somebody who does..dave halley ???

Had to go with broughy today, didnt seem to have the best of games against bradford the other week but really stepped it up this week. Focal point at the heart of a lot of things we did right today, as well as a fantastic try.

Thought Bibey had a faultless game. Gave him my vote to share the spoils out a bit.

He did and thats the problem with Polls, Bibey had a good game, Snitch had a good game, Matty B had a good game, Brad Drew had a good game.


But you can't vote for them all, Broughy was all over the field defending/ annoying hull players and it's a while since i've seen that from him.

Have to go with Danny as i love to see a long range try and his tackling was above and beyond hwever step forward Mr Snitch well done

i just dont agree with your assessment of atkins' performances. granted there are times when he gets a bit carried away and has a lapse of concentration but to say he doesn't knuckle down is wrong imo. yes he may need to come looking for the ball a bit more on occasion and yes he needs to put his winger away now and again but to be fair we dont give him the service any centre would require. as for getting halley in instead well it's hardly a direct replacement is it?

Agreed. Several players deserving, but the platform was built from the off by him & other forwards. He made no mistakes (I saw anyway) and finished it with a cheeky offload for blaymire's try.

Was going to go for Thorman but that's available so I have gone for Broughy

Well he did contribute to our win, so its a fair call.

Gone for Rooney who played second fiddle but played it really well and give us a lot more options in attack.

Rooney has looked very good since he returned - lots of people on here are wanting him to go which i find ridiculous.

i honestly have nothing against the lad but what some watch is beyond me he wouldnt and wont make stand off while hes a hole in his derriere

Too many average performances and errors throughout the rest to push broughy.
As Henderson still on compasionate leave (I always vote for him!! It saves doing my hale marys!!!) could I possibly vote for susan boyle!!!!!!

There are several candidates for this one:

Drew - some very clever place kicking and relished being the captain.

Snitch - does a lot of work he doesn't get any attetion or praise for, but a real grafter.

Stosic - money well spent, a true grafter.

Winterstein - looked very comfortable out there.

However the man of the match has to be Danny Brough. Its performances like this from him I prefer to see instead of scrapping with team-mates, but take a bow Broughy.

All in all, a grand team performance.
