The whole redevelopment will only take around 4 weeks to complete so there is plenty of time yet.

The Council have now accepted our planning application as complete, so we have to wait around 8 weeks to find out if the plans for the Rapid Solicitors Stadium improvements have been passed.

It should then take around 4 weeks to do the work, so plenty of time before the season starts (we hope!

Its brilliant to see the old lady revamped for her last few years before we move. Interesting that the planning docs say cover to both north and west terraces. Does this mean we have gone with the option of covering the whole of the western terrace? Hope so as it be better than just covering Chav corner & would benefit the home support more. The atmosphere will be alot better at Belle Vue next season can't wait TRINITY FOREVER

My understanding is that there will also be covered seating on the south end, in front of the hospitality, but that doesn't require any planning approval so isn't in the documentation.

I can't see how that would work because surely it would block of the viewing area from the Trinity Bar?

It would but access into the stand would be from the Trinity Bar via the patio doors and straight into a seat. How that will affect entry into the bar, whether you'll need a different ticket etc I'm not sure.

Doesn't matter who owns it, and it has no bearing on the PP or the structures to be erected.

WTW own everything above the ground and everything below the ground that's integral to the structures that make up the stadium.

WTW have the right to place new structures on the land without consulting, other than to observe a courtesy, the land owners.

Cover the whole western terrace the west Yorkshire windows western terrace stand for the Wakefield faithful

That will set us up nicely for NM, the western seated stand will be the main stand there, so creating a good group of people to get an atmosphere going can't be a bad thing.
Personally I want to go in the North/South standing area- depending on which is the home end.
