Agreed, nowt wrong with praising players after an excellent performance, but there's his army every week saying he's the next lazarus.

Hendo's taken plenty of stick at times, sometimes rightly so, so I don't see a problem in him recieving praise when he's going well!

Yes and thats exactly why i posted it, but he's not in the golden boy bracket so who cares, i should stick to stating the obvious and suck up to star players

i think hendo and fergie are both getting betterby the game have quite often doubted them for the year or so. both seem to be improving by the game in my opinion. however hope to see this form continue to improve have seen so may players in thepast improve and perform for 6 months then decline just a quck as they improved

get the feeling glen morrison will help both develop and improve

Hendo is the best pound for pound player in Super League - OFFICIAL !!

Hendo is a good solid squad player but nothing else. He's defo not a prop that is for sure.

No one can question his heart or his effort but IMHO he simply doesn't offer anything going forward. tackles and works extremely hard but a back rower needs some attacking edge and you simply don't get that from Hendo.

Johnson & King ahead of Hendo for me and with a potential new backrower due to join the club this week he could find himself way down the pecking order.

He’s becoming something of a cult hero for me. Not the best but worth his place on shear effort alone. Since the beginning of last season, and after cutting out the crazy offloads, he has knuckled down and proved to be a valuable member of the squad.

He's never going to break any pots with a piece of sublime skill or a devastating break, but what he will give is relentless tackling and carries. He got battered again yesterday but got up and carried on regardless.

It's a matter of balance.
If we had 6 Korkis in the pack we would break more tackles but we wouldn't win the game.

Fergi and Henderson do a good job at what they do. JK obviously likes hard working tacklers. Fergi has more to his game than that but right now, we need a shored up defense, and he gives that.

Dificult to say that I wold drop either for King or PJ as 1) neither have really played to show their worth and 2) they are completely different types of players.
If King comes in it is more likely that Gledhill would be under pressure but right now for me he has earned his place and should keep it.
If PJ comes back he is more likely to take JD or Morrison's place as they are more his style player....and right now that isn't going to happen either.
