Have we actually signed this guy? Media say we have ,but not seen anything official from club.

After all the speculation I watched him closely yesterday and I thought he had a decent game for Warrington.

When he was at normy with his brookbank team he did state he signed but that was about 2 month ago

No one thought much of the Hadley signing until he came. Let's wait and see.

Don't think much of George, especially compared to Toby however as mentioned Hadley wasn't well thought of and he turned out to be brilliant. Would take him back in a heartbeat!

I'd rather have their kid - he was great against Leeds; not many people outjump the WBW, but he managed it several times.

At the present time, I don't think you can compare King to Hadley.
Hadley came to us because Hull couldn't fit him in their cap and he was always going to go back to Hull and was highly thought of.
King is just well down the pecking order at Wire and can't see that he offers anything more than what we already have.

He is 23 years old, has 90 super league games under his belt, not to mention representing his country he has been also `highly thought of` since he come through at Hudds as kid and every team in the league was after him.

He is not as far down the pecking order as you make out at Wire either, he has played plenty of games this season to prove that, Moran has bags of money to throw about and is trying to build a championship winning team which for us in not realistic in the present time.

Before writing a signing off I always think about how I felt when we signed Kirmond, a player that could not get anywhere near a Hudds side and then how I felt when we signed Anthony Tupou and just look at how they turned out.

Not just Kirmond - Lynne & Miller, were both in the same boat - and others who have moved on like Amor, Atkins and probably a few more. I'd rather pick players on the way up like them than ones on the way down - and we've seen too many of them!

tbf he's probably played more at an early age than he should have done while we were going through our rough couple of years.

This 'signing' has been mentioned all over the place in the media on several occasions. Even now nnounced on sky. Wonder why the club are keeping quiet ?

Maybe the club thought it might be better to allow Warrington to finish their season before announcing it?

His registration is still with his present club, they set the agenda on announcement, bad form for the new club to comment. Warrington may wish to announce an incoming player before announcing a leaver, to offset it.
