quite interesting...a few key points:-

- £20k received for Obst & Ferguson
- Adminstrators did not sell Millard (contrary to press reports)
- Spirit of 1873bought club for £30k (if I read it correctly)
- an amount of £44,675 was paid to 'certain employees' in Feb 2011 which the solicitors are trying to recover - section 5.

frankly its staggering, and we are fools if we believe what is in there bodes well for the future, the company was sold for only 30k????? trust me that does not say its a going concern.

At the initial fans evening AG said he would "bring an end to that sort of a business model"; so has he paid it off? A plan put in place? This document didn't clear up many of my initial thoughts.

Nobody can deny there has been a change at BV, anyone who has been down recently can feel it in the air, but for me there are still a few areas that seem hush hush. The stadium; for next year and beyond, investment and past debts/ bad experiences leave me unsold on AG as yet.

Not really. Rangers were sold for a quid this week, and I'm surprised we were sold for that much. Spirit of 1873 have bought the name and anything tanigble the club owns (the logo would have a 'value' for example.)

Think the debts would been wiped out or vastly reduced during the process of administration so it's no longer owed.

It does make you think what the £500K would've done if the figure had been reached. Seems there would still have been a £250k shortfall.

It would have papered over a large crack and thats exactly why i would not put in.

ALL of the debts of WTRLFC Ltd had aline drawn below them when the company went into Administration.

AG said on taking over the club that there were "certain" debts that Spirit of 1873 Ltd "wished to honour" but these will be a relatively small amount of the overall figure and will almost certainly have been paid when the takeover was finalised.

Personally I am disgusted at some the amounts owed to creditors, if I ran my life that I would have no friends only enemies.

I make no wonder people wouldn't invest or support the club

I am certain that whatever happens SL wise we now have a far superior transparent business man in charge.
