Great idea to pull the first team players out of a tournament we had a chance of winning!!! Wakefield out of the main comp!!

Well that was strange penalty, oppo slips and we got penalized. We were pretty poor all game though, too much running across the pitch and lacked a bit of creativity, disappointing.

Back to Wimbledon then?

Very poor performance from the lads, I know some of them and they will be gutted at that
performance.

Wakefield looked very poor and appeared to have no composure/direction. Out muscled by a Cumbrian team and then got frustrated and gave lots of penalties & knock ons. Expected more from Wildie.

Surprised with 1 score our player pulling a cumbria players leg whilst playing the ball.

That told as the try that followed sealed the game.

That extinguished any hope.

If they win shield all forgiven though.

Shows how much they didn't turn up in the first game, see if they can continue this in the second half.

That was poor, 1.30 left with a set of 6 in their half and we knock on 2nd tackle, in the end didn't cost us.

Shame we couldn't play like that first match but lets win the plate.

We have won a plate!!!!

Smashed them 28-6, great effort to pick themselves up after the poor first game and win the plate.

Loved the last try, kick over the defense for the wing to pick up and score, really clever.

Another good smart kick from Hyde there. And Fletcher took it well. All in all a good performance and a deserved victory.
