I know some will say that we shouldn’t touch him after last year, but the guy is quality across a number of positions, very pleased with this signing.

Langi give us greater depth across the squad. Pretty smart recruitment.

He's a 6 too so they might see him playing there.

Though for Catalan he plays on the left so it'll be interesting to see how that works out.

Where are we short in the forwards then? I would have thought we have good competition for places there!

I wouldn't have signed him based on what he did last time, but I can't deny he's a very good player. Now we've got him I'd play him at stand off and use Morgan Smith off the bench. Another prop and we're probably good to go. Throw in new deals for Murphy, Croft and Shaw and it won't have been a bad off season.

People forget what hall did and he turned out ok didnt he, great signing for me as much as i like both lynne and hall feel langi is better but great competition in centres now.

Question does langi still count on overseas he has just played fir france in world cup

He won’t count if he has French citizenship. Makes the deal even sweeter.

Hasn't Applegarth said he wants to play Tanginoa in the second row?

Eseh and Shaw aren't ready for regular SL yet.

Battye is in decline, but a decent back up option.

Butler is the interesting one. He was dreadful at times last season, but did show glimpses towards the end that there's a player in there. Let's judge him after a full pre-season.

I reckon after the year Esah had at Fev he’s ready for SL and will get game time. MA has explained numerous times regarding Butler literally not playing for 18 month before signing for us, let’s judge him after a full pre season. I bobbed Tanginoa In as he has done middle work before. I reckon we’ll be in for one more forward.

Could some one fill me in ,in a nice way with what Langi did that was wrong was he the guy who got a 10 match ban in Australia .

Pop Tart some are saying we should not have signed him To me if he can play and 6 then it's a win win ,puts pressure on 3, 4 and 6.Can not understand why there is so much negativity about the signings Was just thinking today we seem a bit light in the backs ,then we signings Langi.Time will tell weather the Coaches are up to the job But they get a plus from me for seeing the weakness in the team Am getting more confident about surviving next season than I was 2 week ago ,and I do not think our forwards are as bad as some on here make out

Thats the quota filled so anybody else coming in will have to be a domestic player. Not sure theres much left there at the current time so we might now be done for now.

That's how I see it . I really don't get the knockers of Butler. He's still young and has a point to prove and I think he will. Eseh is ready for a few SL games - so good back up.
