From the new coach, Tim smith , result, team effort, for the rest of the season. It would be great to see some sort of play making, Tim can play a part . I think the rest of the squad will respond and show an improvement in effort and team play. A win is a must, along with a much better performance. We must put some wins on the board over the next few weeks, the club can then make plans for another season in SL.

A win is more important than performance today.
I'd love to see them show some class but no one will be happy with an honourable defeat.
A win puts us in a comfortable position that can be built on.
A loss doesn't hurt us in the table too much but it sets the tone for the upcoming home games.

Being a Trin supporter since the mid 70's i've come to learn not to "expect" anything. apart from the unexpected.

A win, nothing else will do. If we can't beat potentially the worst superleague side in history at home given the positive run up to the game then we don't deserve to stay up. It's time for the players to stand up and be counted. It's a new start, time to move forward.

I'd like to see us put in a professional performance, something that has been largely lacking recently.
We're up against a team we should beat on our own patch, but one that will be looking to spring an upset and gain their first points.
We need to be methodical, and once a lead is established i'd like to see our backs really stretch the game off the back of some decent forward grunt.
I'd go with four forwards on the bench.

I thought you had untill yesterday to get tickets for ten pound then full price on the gate but i could be wrong and stand corrected.
Just thought if they knew how many tickets sold then add to season tickets i.e. 2000 it would give us a rough idea of probable attendance.

I'd like to see a refreshed team put in a professional, clinical, ruthless performance and rack up 60 points in the process. The personnel are more than capable of this and with Tim Smith organising things it can happen. The conditions are currently ideal for open rugby and a decent crowd, 4000 at the very least.

Have to admit i don't understand why the it isn't a tenner on the gate as well, not everyone can get to the shop to get a ticket. I know a couple of others who aren't going because of this and its lost revenue for the club. Whats the rationale behind the thinking?

I'm traveling up from London today and will arrive around six. Ten quid would have been a bonus. Lets face it not many supporters from London will arrive, so make it a tenner on the gate and take some extra money.

To be fair the club made fans aware of this when it was first announced on the 7th May - Then issued reminders ever since.

It's simply unfair, try and grasp that concept. It's also stupid and counterproductive IMHO and fairly typical of the clubs current sledgehammer approach to these things. I'd understand it more if hordes of London fans would be arriving ready to fleece but that's not happening is it.

As for the frustrated bit you can cut that out, I've done more for this club whilst I was asleep than you've probably done in your lifetime so I more than understand the club needs the money - but shock horror so do I - that's £20 I can spend on more important people like my family.

If you are so outraged this poster assumes to know your personal circumstances, it's fairly hypocritical to the do the same to him by suggesting "you've done more for this club..." I'm guessing you don't even know him.
Stop flouncing about, if you can't go fair enough, but you could have turned up tonight for a tenner if you had planned it better/planned it at all.
