Whats happening with this guy I would give him another contract. Signs of Smith feeling at home here and signs of Tim coming back to some great form like in his youth. Smith was on 250 thousand a year at Melbourne in his younger days and he was the young player of the year. Signs of Tim reaching some kind of top level have been here this season. I would offer him a deal. Signs of our team been much stronger next year I can only see Mr Smith getting better and better.

Totally agree, get him signed up before someone else notices him. NRL Dally M rookie of the year when he was at eels beat the likes of greg Inglis, Class is permanent and this guys form has continued to develop throughout the season

Hopefully in 1 year he'll be able to see that we are on our way to being a 'bigger' club, in the mean time I'm glad to see the news - I had reservations earlier in the season but he's proved his quality - we're lucky to have him. |
