Glover knows naff all about RL, why would you need him to produce a plan to change things, it sound harsh, but all we need from him is support and his money, leave the rest to Agar, Elston ect, until they are or are not needed anymore.

well it isn't Agar but we are stuck with him unless you want the club to burn a big hole in its pocket, (not my choice but not shouting for his head like some)

I was willing to give Agar the benefit of the doubt but after the last 2 very poor efforts with no obvious actions from the coach the 3 year contract is looking like the worst signing of all time.

I actually believe that glover has/is doing a fantastic job for the club. Every department has improved tenfold, Season ticket sales, marketing, ground improvements, bars, corporate,club shop etc etc.
Where he has gone wrong is taking advise on staffing and recruitment of players and the coach.
Is he big enough to realise this and do something about it ? I think not.
