Still think we need the adidas Wally Lewis era shirt.

The Lewis era shirt would have problems though - it wouldnt be able to prop the bar up in the British oak on a night as its now closed.

Been today to try on the large,but a bit big,(no mediums!!)as yet.

Bit disappointed with the badge,as it is too low down and overlaps the stripes,should be a few inches further up!

The ones I saw on Friday, the badge was 4"or so above the hoops.

I think they will have been the first ones that came out about 5 years ago,like the guy sat next to me on bus fri night.

I wondered if the were, they're nice them.

I noticed that Wally Lewis had tweeted this week to say he is visiting Wakefield and Belle Vue this year. A Wally Lewis circa 83 shirt would go down really well going on sale to coincide with his visit. Please can we have them in Mediums.

Not my cup of tea but I love that they're doing them, I would fancy the Wally Lewis era one mind.

It's a replica of the 1962 cup final shirt and should remain true to the original.
BTW I have heard that the club has plans to produce a Wally Lewis replica shirt and a Neil Fox replica shirt this season

Wasn't that the Adidas shirt? If so it needs to be made by them or it won't work IMHO it's the fact it's Adidas that makes it a bit special, otherwise it was a bog standard Trinity strip. Can't see that happening - sadly.
